Oprah’s O That’s Good Three Cheese Pasta Review. There are two ways to get Oprah to cook dinner for you. One of them is to be Stedman…but you can’t be Stedman. Only Stedman can be Stedman

Actually, I don’t know if Oprah cooks for Stedman, she’s kind of a busy woman…plus she’s got personal chefs for that. She probably has cooked for Gayle, though. Really there is only one way to get Oprah to cook for you and that’s to buy some soups and sides from her new line of food, “O That’s Good!”

What did my family think about Oprah’s O That’s Good Three Cheese Pasta? Check out the video review below

I picked up a package of Oprah’s “O That’s Good!” healthier Three Cheese Pasta yesterday while I was out shopping at Kroger. Her products are also available on Amazon Fresh if you have that service in your area. I don’t have that service available in my area yet…Amazon, let’s get on that!

How does Oprah’s Three Cheese Pasta stack up to homemade? That depends on the style of mac and cheese you like. If you prefer saucy, creamy mac and cheese then you’ll be very happy with this. The sauce in Oprah’s mac and cheese is indeed creamy and rich.  If you prefer baked mac and cheese Southern grandma style (you know the kind with the cheese crusted edges that holds it’s shape when you slice it) this may not be your favorite.

It’s very tasty, they use really good quality cheeses and the pasta has a nice, firm texture, not mushy at all. To make it a bit healthier Oprah swaps out some of the cheese in her recipe for butternut squash puree. If she didn’t tell you there was butternut squash in the sauce, you wouldn’t know. The sauce is creamy and the tangy cheeses make the sauce rich and delicious.

I picked this up on clearance at my local Kroger (prices vary), $2.39 for 2.5 servings is a great deal. Actually, this fed my family of 4 just fine. You can see the portion sizes we had in the video above.

So what’s the verdict? I would definitely buy it again. It’s a tasty side dish with healthy ingredients and it’s convenient for busy families. Have you tried it? Let me know what you think in the comments below.

I’m surprised at the high salt content in one serving. The Creamy Parmesan Pasta has 860 mg of sodium in one cup serving. That is not healthy

I purchased the Baked Potato Soup. The flavor is really good but the potatoes are undercooked.

I’ll try the potato soup as well. From the reviews about this line of products I’ve received from other consumers have not been good

I didn’t have that experience so I am unable to answer that question. I suggest contacting the manufacturer and alerting them to your concerns. Thanks for reading

That’s terrible, Colleen. I wonder if Oprah’s company has addressed any of these issues

I liked it — especially at the Grocery Outlet price of 2/$1! Expiration date was less than a week away, but I easily ate both of them within that time. I couldn’t make it from scratch for that price, so I was happy. But I doubt that it will be available so cheap again & I would not pay full price for it.

My local Meijer had O products buy 1 get 1 50% off, pluss I had a coupon. Would NOT buy the mac & cheese again. Pasta is tough, glad I didn’t pay full price(4.99). I & my family prefer Stauffer’s mac & cheese, better flavor & texture.

I also would not buy the three cheese pasta again. The pasta was chewy, flavorless, similar to chewing cardboard. Sauce was runny and lacked flavor .Could not make it half way through the product and threw away the 2 packages i had left in my fridge. Would not recommend.

Wow, I didn’t know Oprah had her own frozen food line. I’m glad the three cheese pasta is a tasty dish, I would love to try it out. Next time I’m at Kroger I’m going to look for it, hopefully it’s there since it is on clearance.

Hi Lou! Oprah’s food line is fairly new, I think it hit stores in August but I’ve only recently been seeing commercials on TV for it. I just happened to come across it in the store and decided to give it a try. I’ll try the tomato soup next
