Milk and Honey Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups oatmeal
  • 3 cups of plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups 2% milk almond milk, coconut milk or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup honey or agave nectar
  • 1 cup raisins optional
  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
  • fresh fruit chocolate chips, jam, peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Combine oatmeal, yogurt, milk, honey and raisins (if you are using them) in a container with a tight fitting lid and stir.
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • Serve with fresh fruit and your favorite toppings
