of plain or vanilla yogurt

cups
2% milk
almond milk, coconut milk or soy milk
1/2
cup
honey or agave nectar

cup
raisins
optional
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
fresh fruit
chocolate chips, jam, peanut butter
Instructions
Combine oatmeal, yogurt, milk, honey and raisins (if you are using them) in a container with a tight fitting lid and stir.
Refrigerate overnight
Serve with fresh fruit and your favorite toppings
