Honey Lime Glazed Salmon

You will need an oven proof skillet large enough to hold all 4 salmon fillets

  • 4 skinless salmon fillets about 2 pounds
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lime - zest and juice
  • 2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil


  • Pat the salmon fillets as dry as possible with paper towels
  • Combine smoked paprika, granulated garlic, pepper and salt. Season both sides of the salmon fillets with this seasoning blend
  • Rub both sides of each salmon fillet with honey and sprinkle the tops with lime zest
  • Heat the canola oil in the oven proof skillet over medium heat
  • Add the salmon fillets and cook for 3 minutes
  • Turn the broiler on, place the skillet in the oven and broil the salmon for another 3-4 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your liking
  • Serve with a squeeze of fresh lime juice
