Pat the salmon fillets as dry as possible with paper towels
Combine smoked paprika, granulated garlic, pepper and salt. Season both sides of the salmon fillets with this seasoning blend
Rub both sides of each salmon fillet with honey and sprinkle the tops with lime zest
Heat the canola oil in the oven proof skillet over medium heat
Add the salmon fillets and cook for 3 minutes
Turn the broiler on, place the skillet in the oven and broil the salmon for another 3-4 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your liking
Serve with a squeeze of fresh lime juice
