Mix soy sauce, apple sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes in a plastic zip top bag
Add the pork chops and coat them with the marinade
Refrigerate1 hour up to 24 hours.
Let the pork chops sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling
Drain the marinade, oil your grill grates and grill over hot coals until internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 140 degrees, about 4-6 minutes per side.
Let the meat rest for 3 minutes tented with aluminum foil, the internal temperature should reach 145 degrees while the meat is resting
