Instructions
Smash the cloves of garlic
Mix the garlic, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, kosher salt, dried oregano and dried cumin into the mayonnaise.

Remove the pork chops from the refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes
Grill the pork chops over hot coals for 4-6 minutes per side, until an instant read thermometer reads 145 degrees.
