My friends at Shazzy fitness have a challenge for us, a 7 day workout challenge to dance alonge with their FANtastic Christian hip hop DVDs for 10-20 minutes a day.  Along with that I’ve got 3 great recipes perfect for you if you are doing the Daniel Fast along with the workout.  These  recipes are great if you’re clean eating or are on a Paleo eating plan.

This Collard Greens Slaw recipe is perfect for dinner or to make ahead and take with you for lunch.

These Sweet Potato Steaks with Roasted Vegetables are FANTASTIC!  I didn’t think I could love a meatless meal as much as I loved this, I’d eat it any day

    Oh my goodness, that salad looks fantastic!! I love that it’s full of raw veggies for the meal, I prefer those over cooked any day.

    My church does a Daniel Fast a few times a year, and I love these recipes. It’s always great to try something new, especially when you are limited on what you can eat. Thanks for sharing
