My friends at Shazzy fitness have a challenge for us, a 7 day workout challenge to dance alonge with their FANtastic Christian hip hop DVDs for 10-20 minutes a day. Along with that I’ve got 3 great recipes perfect for you if you are doing the Daniel Fast along with the workout. These recipes are great if you’re clean eating or are on a Paleo eating plan.
This Collard Greens Slaw recipe is perfect for dinner or to make ahead and take with you for lunch.
These Sweet Potato Steaks with Roasted Vegetables are FANTASTIC! I didn’t think I could love a meatless meal as much as I loved this, I’d eat it any day
And for dessert, my oh MY this 2 ingredient Pina Colada Sorbet was shockingly easy to make
