This Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and full of dark red berry flavors with a gorgeous deep burgundy color and a little bit of toasty smoke in the nose. It’s juicy and delicious and not too tannic. It just happens to go perfectly with the ribs I made for dinner. Not a bad day if I do say so myself.
