London meets the south in this delicious Georgia Pimm’s Punch, a fantastic Big Batch Cocktail Recipe

Cheers to great friends who make great cocktails! Every month a small group of my nerdiest friends gather to “watch” science fiction movies (honestly, we don’t always get to watch the movie since we talk so much), eat and drink well.

My dear friend Gretchen has become the queen of the cocktail and blesses us each month with a delicious new beverage. This month she created theĀ Georgia Pimm’s Punch, inspired by her visit to London. She returned from her trip with a couple bottles of Pimm’s NO. 1, an amber colored gin based concoction infused with citrus and spice flavors, and some great ideas! Check your local liquor store for Pimm’s availability, if they don’t have it ask them to order it.

“What makes this a GEORGIA Pimm’s Punch?” you might ask. Well, Gretchen is a true Peach, born and raised right here in Georgia. And because Georgia is “The Peach State” this recipe includes peach brandy and sliced fresh peaches.

Here’s her recipe:
