Boneless Stuffed Whole Chicken

You will need a roasting pan with a rack and a digital thermometer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole Chicken
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 recipe of Cornbread Stuffing
  • 2 tablespoons bufter

Method
 

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Debone the chicken following the instructions above
  3. Combine salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder
  4. Season the chicken inside and out with the salt mixture
  5. Stuff the chicken with the cornbread stuffing of your favorite stuffing
  6. Rub soft butter over the chicken and under the skin
  7. Place the chicken on a roasting pan with a rack
  8. Roast the chicken until the stuffing reaches 165 degrees approximately 90 minutes
