Carrot Cake Punch with Wicked Dolphin Spiced Rum

  • 2 ounces Wicked Rum Florida Spiced Rum
  • 4 ounces carrot juice
  • 1 teaspoon dulce de leche
  • dash of bitters
  • dash fresh grated nutmeg
  • slice of orange

Method
 

  1. Drizzle dulce de leche into your glass. You may need to warm the dulce de leche in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make it flow. Chill the glass before you make the drink
  2. Shake the Wicked Dolphin Florida Spiced Rum, carrot juice and bitters over ice
  3. Pour your delicious cocktail into the chilled glass, garnish with the slice of orange and serve
