Method
- pre heat oven to 400 degrees
- Sift flour and sugar together
- toss in dried berries
- stir in cream
- Form the dough into a ball
- Divide the dough into 2 disks each about 5 inches in diameter
- cut each dough disk into 6 triangles
- Place the scones on a parchment lined sheet pan
- Brush each scone with heavy cream and sprinkle each with sugar
- Bake the scones for 12 -15 minutes rotating the pan halfway through baking
