Mix the lemon pepper and garlic together and divide the seasoning in half. Season the fish with half of the seasoning and add the rest of the seasoning to the masa harina. Shake the corn masa to mix.
Add the fish to the corn masa and shake to coat
Heat the oil to 365 degrees
Shake the excess corn masa from the fish and fry the fish for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown
Drain the fish on a rack
