pre heat oven to 400 degrees
Sift flour and sugar together
toss in dried berries
stir in cream
Form the dough into a ball
Divide the dough into 2 disks each about 5 inches in diameter
cut each dough disk into 6 triangles
Place the scones on a parchment lined sheet pan
Brush each scone with heavy cream and sprinkle each with sugar
Bake the scones for 12 -15 minutes rotating the pan halfway through baking
