Boneless Stuffed Whole Chicken

You will need a roasting pan with a rack and a digital thermometer

  • 1 Whole Chicken
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt

/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 recipe of Cornbread Stuffing
  • 2 tablespoons bufter


  • Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Debone the chicken following the instructions above
  • Combine salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder
  • Season the chicken inside and out with the salt mixture
  • Stuff the chicken with the cornbread stuffing of your favorite stuffing
  • Rub soft butter over the chicken and under the skin
  • Place the chicken on a roasting pan with a rack
  • Roast the chicken until the stuffing reaches 165 degrees approximately 90 minutes
