Hard boil your eggs. Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water
Bring the water to a boil and cook for 8 minutes
Drain the water and cool the eggs in an ice water bath for at least 10 minutes.
Slice the garlic into pieces
While the eggs are cooking, cook the shrimp.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat
Add the shrimp and garlic cook on medium for 3-4 minutes
Let the shrimp cool/ RESERVE 6 SHRIMP to use as a garnish
Peel the eggs, slice them in half and put the yolks into a food processor
Add the shrimp, butter and garlic and process until smooth
If the egg yolks aren't as creamy as you like them you may add the mayonnaise and process for a minute more
Fill the egg halves with the shrimp mixture. Cut reserved shrimp in half lengthwise. Garnish with shrimp halves, paprika and chives
