Garlic Butter Shrimp Deviled Eggs

Yes, that’s right SWEETIES! Garlic Butter Shrimp Deviled Eggs are quite possibly the BEST version of deviled eggs you will ever encounter on the planet Earth. Maybe, just maybe in Heaven there will be a slightly better deviled egg recipe (wouldn’t that be funny!) but here on Earth THIS recipe is the best. Have I over sold it…maybe, you’ll have to be the judge on that. Try it for yourself and tell me if it isn’t the best.

What makes these Deviled Eggs so darned good? Well, it has shrimp cooked in butter and garlic blended into the cooked egg yolk with a food processor. Using the food processor gives the Deviled Egg filling an incredibly silky texture. The shrimp flavor permeates the rich egg yolk and the garlic that has softened while cooking in the butter becomes mild and almost sweet.

There is one thing that could make this better…I think you know what it is…yeah, it’s BACON.  (Did you know I cure and smoke my own bacon? Here’s the recipe) Saute the shrimp in bacon fat and garnish the whole thing with shrimp and bacon. KILLER. I’ll show you that variation next time. Be patient with me sweeties. I’ll get that posted real soon, I know you’re eager to see it.
