Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon granulated onion
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper more or less to taste
  • 1 tablespoon dried sage
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper optional

Method
 

  1. Mix all of the spices and keep them in an airtight container
