Heat the oven to 400 degrees
Place the ribs, bony side down, on the sheet pan. Scatter the Brussels sprouts on the pan
Cut the sweet potatoes into chunks and add it to the pan
Cut the acorn squash in half through the stem, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces.
Place the acorn squash on the pan
Toss everything in the spices and pour the maple syrup over everything
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes
Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes
Baste the ribs and vegetables with pan juices and broil for a minute or two. Keep a close eye on it to prevent burning
