Vegan Soy Marinated Cucumber #Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sliced cucumbers from 2 cucumbers depending on the size
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • Red pepper flakes to taste

Method
 

  1. Put cucumber slices in a bowl.
  2. Mix soy sauce and red wine vinegar, pour over cucumbers.
  3. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  4. Let it sit in the marinade for 5-10 minutes (tossing the cucumbers in the marinade a few times) or serve right away if you like
