2 Ingredient Pizza Dough

Servings: 4 -6 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups self-rising flour plus about 1/4 cup more for kneading and rolling
  • 1 and 1/2 cups Greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Mix the flour and the Greek yogurt together well in a bowl.
  3. Put a bit of flour on the counter and knead the dough for about 5 or 6 minutes until you get a smooth ball.
  4. Cut the dough into two or three pieces depending on how many pizzas you're making. Roll out your dough into a circle large enough to fit in your cast iron skillet.
  5. Brush your cast iron skillet with a little oil and place your pizza dough inside
  6. Add your favorite pizza toppings then turn the heat on and cook the pizza dough for 3 or 4 minutes over medium Heat.
  7. Place the pizza into the oven and let the dough cook for 3 or 4 minutes
  8. Turn on the broiler and brown the top of the pizza for another minute or two. Please watch it closely because it can burn quickly.
  9. Serve
