egg white

unsalted pecans

cup
brown sugar

teaspoons
cinnamon
1
teaspoon
granulated garlic
1
teaspoon
fresh chopped rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dry rosemary
1/2
teaspoon- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
more if you like it HOT

kosher salt
Instructions
Pre heat your oven to 250 degrees
Line 2 sheet pans with parchment paper
Beat the egg white until foamy, about 1 minute
Add the pecans and stir to coat the pecans thoroughly with the egg whites
Mix the sugar, cinnamon, granulated garlic, rosemary, cayenne and salt together, add this to the pecans and coat the pecans with the sugar and spices
Spread the pecans in one layer on the parchment coated sheet pans
Bake for 20-30 minutes until dry
Store in an airtight container
