Method
- Pre heat your oven to 250 degrees
- Line 2 sheet pans with parchment paper
- Beat the egg white until foamy, about 1 minute
- Add the pecans and stir to coat the pecans thoroughly with the egg whites
- Mix the sugar, cinnamon, granulated garlic, rosemary, cayenne and salt together, add this to the pecans and coat the pecans with the sugar and spices
- Spread the pecans in one layer on the parchment coated sheet pans
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until dry
- Store in an airtight container
