Method
- Dice the corned beef into 1/2 inch chunks
- Chop the scallion
- Saute the corned beef, cauliflower, and scallions in oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes
- Pour in the chicken broth and cover. Let this cook for 5 minutes
- Add the egg and cook covered for 1-2 minutes depending how you like your egg
